Free Printable Workout Log- How to use it correctly.
We offer 2 different versions to our clients and associates. We will notice that a new window will open so that you may view and save the PDF workout log on your computer.
The first version is the log that allows you to divide your workouts into different days.
This version is mostly used by intermediate and higher level clients, who often divide which body parts they hit on certain days in the gym.
A few good examples of this would be:

These are just examples of some basic weightlifting and bodybuilding divisions. Depending on your objectives you will divide your workout accordingly.

It is usually used by people who can less time to workout and therefore prefer to work their entire bodies each time they go to the gym or perform their fitness exercises at home.
Depending on you objectives, most people perform 1 or 2 exercises per body part. It is all up too you.
