My clients decided on choosing the "Incline Swiss ball Biceps Curls" as one of the best exercises to help improve the appearance of the front section of their arms.

The exercises can be done on an incline bench as well as on a swiss ball.

The exercise uses dumbbells, there fore it can be done at home, in the gym and in most hotel gyms.

Even my pregnant clients can perform this exercise, because there is little to no pressure on their lower backs.



The advantage to incorporating this exercise into your sculpting arm workouts, is that you will also work your legs and core muscles at the same time.
