Remember that when performing an exercise for your rotator cuffs your resistance should be difficult enough to challenge you for 12 to 15 repetitions,there should be a "burning" in the muscle you are working near the end of your set.
Your shoulder blades should be back, your abdominals locked and each exercise, when performed, should not cause any pain.
A burning sensation near the completion of the set is normal and actually an indication that you are at the proper resistance.
