We give our clients the choice of one-on-one in room training, allowing the client to have 100% of their trainer’s attention with no distractions from other clients.

This option, at the same time, allows beginners to feel less self-conscious. An additional benefit of one-on-one in room training is the reduced time it takes to complete a work-out, due to the fact that the equipment is not shared and waiting time for machines are eliminated.
