We have chosen our favorite exercises, mostly dumbbell and swiss ball type exercises. The reason behind each exercises is explained.
You see,by working out on an unstable surface, such as a swiss ball, you have to concentrate a lot more when preforming an exercises. You must contract all of your core muscles when preforming and exercise on an unstable surface, this in turn allows you to get a body that is not only esthetically pleasing but functional as well.
Functionality is very important for everyone and I mean everyone. Having a functional body allows you to preform everyday activities and sports with much less risk of injury.
We do not recommend purchasing a ball and trying to workout with it alone. Please higher a certified professional to design and supervise your workout plan.
